Roosevelt Park Master Plan Update
The City of Roosevelt Park is updating its Master Plan, and we need to hear your feedback and ideas. We need your input to help us decide the future of the City. What kinds of new businesses could potentially come to the area, what improvements to transportation should be made, what should parks and recreation look like? All of these questions and more will be answered in this process. Please take some time to share your thoughts and feelings about the future of Roosevelt Park!
Help Shape the Future of Roosevelt Park!
The City of Roosevelt Park is updating its Master Plan — a guiding document that will shape the future of our parks, public spaces, recreational programs, and overall development. The update process began in January 2025 and is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year. As part of this work, the city is exploring important questions such as:
What kinds of new businesses could come to the area?
What improvements should be made to transportation and connectivity?
How should parks and green spaces evolve to meet community needs?
To support this effort, the city has partnered with McKenna, a Michigan-based planning and design firm specializing in community engagement and long-range planning.
So far, McKenna has collected data on existing conditions throughout the city. Now, it’s time to hear from you.
